Set Assignment in Preperation for Week 2

One of the first tasks for my Digital and Media Foundations class was to take five pictures or more of visual signs. I understood this in its simplest term, and took photos of what I would consider a visual sign. However, when we had our next lecture it seemed as if many students (including myself) had misunderstood the task. What we should have done was to take pictures of e.g. a sofa or a wine bottle, portraying the associations combined with the object. I have instead taken pictures of pictograms in action and symbols associated with specific actions.
